Sharpening team performance

I use a repeatable process honed over years of experience to facilitate team performance, helping teams and departments move from solid to exceptional performance.  My process starts by interviewing each team member to ascertain team strengths and blind spots.  I share this insight with the whole team, which allows them to focus on areas for development.   

The process continues with 360° assessments for each team member to identify their individual and collective team strengths and shortcomings.  I’ll work with each individual on a personal development plan and coach the team as a whole to identify team priorities, helping them develop the collective skills required for success.
