Finding your leader voice

I’ve built leadership development programs across the world for mid-level to senior executive leaders.  I’ve also conducted dozens of executive assessments for both selecting and developing executives in North America, Europe, and Asia.   

I’ve coached dozens of executives to develop the habits and style needed to successfully lead at the enterprise level.  My goal is to assist leaders to find their voice: define who they are and how they want to be perceived as a leader, and then develop the skills and presence to foster success. 

 I’ve also helped dozens of frontline leaders learn what it takes to successfully engage direct reports to deliver results. I build small group coaching experiences into every program to ensure content and new practices are put into daily practice and lead to lasting change.
