Coaching for Strengths and Opportunities

Ready for growth or your next career move?

This is a partnered process whereby I’ll guide discussions through insightful questioning and contemplative exercises to uncover your voice from within that is either encouraging or discouraging you from your own success.

Executive Leadership Coaching

Coaching engagements begin by creating a thorough understanding of your current situation and long-term perspective. This is achieved through a deep intake discussion, coupled with a verbal 360° assessment and other assessments to clarify what motivates and drives engagement for the individual.

This process is followed by a number of one-on-one coaching conversations over several months, both in person and via phone or Zoom to discuss ongoing challenges, obstacles to success, and strategies for overcoming barriers.

Leaders I’ve worked with have said that I am a compassionate listener who summarizes well and provides relevant and realistic suggestions.  I hold participants accountable for change and I encourage them to look beyond their current role and geography to become a truly strategic global leader.

Career Coaching

People often feel stuck in their career but don’t know what to do next.  They apply for jobs online with limited success.  Most jobs filled across the US are not even advertised; yet many applicants believe this is either the best or only method of seeking a position.

My process starts by helping you identify the characteristics in your current work that help you to connect with who you are and what engages you.  We start with a discovery session that uses three assessments to help gain clarity on the key drivers of personal engagement.  Then we identify the must haves in the next role.  Together, we create a job search strategy to identify networking opportunities that broaden your reach and helps them gain confidence in discussing your personal strengths.

A typical career process lasts three to five meetings and can include interview preparation and updating your LinkedIn profile.
